Separate Godowns for Raw material & Finished goods are in place to avoid cross contamination.

Pest control

  1. Wheat Fumigation,
    If Wheat is found to be infested Fumigation will be carried out asper IS standard, 3 Tablets of Aluminium phospide/ 1 metrictonne for a period of 74 hours by PCI
  2. Equipment Fumigation
    Plant machineries are Fumigated every month & has been outsource to CWC.
  3. Factory surrounding
    Factory surrounding is fully concreted .
  4. Rodent Control
    Outside Bromodiolone cakes are using , Inside Gluetrapsare using inside the plant.
    Frequencey : Weekly once.

 

External lab test

  1. Water analysis : Once in 4months water is sending for Microbial & heavy metal test to TUV
    Lab & Residual chlorine test (Inhouse)
  2. Pesticidal residue test for Wheat : Once in a year to TUV Lab
  3. Microbial test for Maida,Sooji,Atta & Whole Wheat Atta : Once in 4month to TUV
  4. Iron Particle detection in Maida,Sooji,Atta & Whole Wheat Atta to TUV : Once in a year.

Traceability

  1. All accepted Rawmaterial is identified with Lot Number.
  2. Issue slip for all the material should have the concerned lot number.
  3. Date of Washing, Transfer and grinding time is noted in Tempering log.
  4. Bags are identified through Batch No.
  5. Number of Bags produced, Dispatched quantity and Destination is referred in.
  6. Date of manufacture is considered as Batch code.
  7. Any Product non-conformances or customer complaints will be investigated and if there is
    no health hazard suitable corrective action will be taken and any product involving health
    hazard will be recalled.

Sanitation
As per the Cleaning schedule cleaning activieties are organized.
Daily : Cleaning of Wheat godown,Spillage of Wheat,Milling section,Packing ,FG Area,Factroy surroundings.

Weekly : Conveyor cleaning,Packing drums cleaning,Strip curtain cleaning,pipes to be cleaned

Monthly : Cleaning of Wheat bins,Water tank etc
